Refund policy
Returns
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you can request an exchange or refund within 2 days of receiving your order. Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items, lingerie, socks, customised items, or for change of mind/size issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
In case of damaged products or defects, you must have an order opening video showcasing the issue. Send it to us within 2 days of receiving the order to claim any returns.

If any item needs to be returned and if your return is accepted we will initiate an RTO (Return to Origin) through Delhivery. A Delhivery agent will come to pick up the parcel. Please ensure the item is securely packaged with all components intact and in its original condition for a smooth return process.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items, lingerie, socks, customized items, or for change of mind. Do check all size details beforehand as we don’t accept returns for the same. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item if it's available.

- We do not accept cash on delivery. All orders are prepaid.
