Shipping Time:

Delivery Time: After your order is processed, deliveries usually take 7 days. For the most accurate delivery estimate, please visit the Delhivery website and enter your pin code.

Processing Time:

On-Hand Orders: Ready to ship orders are processed within 3-7 days.
Handmade Orders: Handmade orders take upto 20-25 days to process. This is the processing time & not the shipping time. The orders are dispatched after this given time period & shipping takes extra time.
Preorders: Preorders are imported from overseas and take upto 2 months. In some cases orders might face delays due to holidays so the orders might get delayed upto 3 months. Only proceed with your order if you're patient enough to wait that long!

Contact For Enquiries: If you order has not arrived after one week of getting shipped, please use the contact form on our website or email us at cybrfitsstore@gmail.com to enquire about your order status.
Tracking ID: Tracking IDs will be sent via email and on your given number once the order is shipped.

Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy:

Delivery will be attempted 3 times by our courier partner. If the customer is unavailable or denies delivery in all 3 attempts, the order will be marked as Return-to-Origin (RTO).
To reship the order, the customer must pay the shipping charges again.
No refund or cancellation will be provided for RTO orders.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address, contact number, and availability at the time of delivery.
